We do not accept returns. We do offer a 14 day exchange warranty for manufacturers defects. Please see below for more details.
We offer exchanges for a 14 day period (from delivery date) for manufacturers defects on all hardware/kits.
Exclusions include but are not limited to: Pods, Coils, Drip Tips, Tool kits and E-Liquid
Hardware is continually improving for both reliability and performance. However, as with all electronic devices a small amount suffer failure, typically within the first few days of use.
The most common warranty issues include: Firing button, Screen/Display, Battery charging.
Please retain reciept and all packaging during the warranty period. Serial numbers (which are usually on the box) are required to process your claim. Manufacturers also provide a warranty with the products. Please read and follow the instructions for warranties provided from the manufacturer.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, even after our in store warranty period; please reach out so we can try to work out a solution.
Return shipping is at the customers expense, we will ship the replacement at our expense. If you receive a product dead on arrival we will pay for the return shipping.
